As all our embroidery design files are digital downloads they are non refundable.

It is your own responsibility to ensure your machine is compatible with the embroidery design formats available for each design. This is listed in each design description.

However, if you encounter a problem with the design file itself, or an issue with downloading the design, please contact  me to see how we will be able to assist you. 

When ordering customized embroidery digitizing. You will receive a visual for approval via email.

Please check all details of the design are correct.  Including dimensions of the design, file format and any text you may want added on your design. After approval has been accepted, the design will be non refundable.
